Shipping Policy
Sleepdreams Bedwetting Solutions deliver products Australia wide via Australia Post:
All items are sent free of charge with Australia Post eParcel Service;
or;
Express eParcel Service if selected at checkout for an additional fee.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days and endeavour to dispatch same business day for orders received before 12 Noon Eastern Standard Time.
Shipping times for Australia Post eParcel Standard Delivery are estimated at between 2-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.
Shipping times for Australia Post EXPRESS eParcel Standard Delivery are estimated at between 1-4 business days depending on your location within Australia.
Warranty Policy
Sleepdreams Bedwetting Alarms are provided with a warranty for manufacturing defects
for a period of 12 months on the Alarm unit, and 60 days for the Mattress sensor, from the date of purchase.
Please note the Mattress sensor will show signs of wear and tear over time and will wear out, the warranty will only cover manufacturing defects and not wear and tear from use.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Return Policy
Due to hygiene and safety considerations we cannot accept returns for items if they have been used.
A change of mind return can only occur when the product is UNUSED and the return has been applied for within 14 days of delivery.
If we have agreed to accept a return due to a change of mind:
You will be responsible for the return delivery costs.
Change of mind returns are subject to a $10 restocking/admin fee.
